Although we have a hybrid working with an office in Essex, we offer flexibility throughout and 9/10 requests would always be approved

We are passionaite about the well-being of our staff and offer access to a private therpaist for all staff members.
Headspace App Subscription
We have corporate subscription to headspace (meditation app) that all staff have access to if they wish.
Michael knows his stuff and has been instrumental in the successful launch of our site and we still rely on him for ongoing consultancy.
Having known Michael for many years and now partnering with him. The best thing I can say about him is he always creates a bespoke SEO plan based on the clients goals and budget. Above all he gets results and communicates this in a clear way that clients understand so they see the value of the work very quickly.

Our application process
We have a clear 3-step process for all our roles to ensure transparency for both the business and candidates, helping us confirm we’re the right fit for each other.
We’ve successfully hired and trained 3 apprentices who have grown into management and senior roles within the business. Even if you don’t yet have extensive experience for some of our roles, we’re still keen to hear from you!
We offer entry-level roles across our services to help passionate individuals gain experience and grow in their digital marketing careers.

- Initial Chat
Your journey begins with a brief chat with our SEO Account Directors, Kasey and Charlie. This informal call or in-person meeting is an opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for in the role and for us to learn more about your experience in SEO or wider digital marketing. - Skills Task & Follow-Up Interview
Next, we typically assign a small task designed to test your skills and give us insight into your thought process. Following this, we’ll arrange an interview—via Teams or face-to-face—to review your task, answer any of your questions, and discuss the role further. - Offer Review
Finally, we’ll review everything and, if we’re a match, make an offer to bring you on board.
